This website is deliberately simple. It has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no cookies. The only personal information it handles is what you choose to send us through the contact form.

What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address and your message. The form sends these to our company mailbox as an email. They are not stored in a database on the website.
To prevent spam and abuse, the website keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, together with the time you sent the form, for up to 24 hours. It is used only to limit how many messages can be sent in a short time and is then deleted automatically.
When you visit any page, our hosting provider’s web server automatically records standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the website secure and running, and are kept for a limited period.
The website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising tools, social-media plugins or embedded content from other websites. Its fonts and images are served from fikromatik.com itself.
How we use it
We use the details you send only to read and reply to your message and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. We don’t use them for marketing, we don’t add you to a mailing list and we don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
Where data-protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we process this information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or to take steps you have asked for before entering into an agreement.
Who else handles it
Our website and email are hosted by Bluehost, which processes this information on our behalf as our service provider. Its servers are located in the United States, so your information may be processed there. We may also disclose information if we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form emails for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and generally no longer than 24 months after our last exchange with you. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us. Email hello@fikromatik.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to our use of your information or to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Security
The website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection, and contact-form emails are sent through our mail server using an authenticated, encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the website handles information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
